What
began as a part time venture has turned into a full fledged
career. It truly is a family operation. Ewan and Kathie
share the baking while Connor assits on our sales team.
Kathie is our recipe designer and pastry chef, Ewan is our
butter tart king - yes ladies he makes & bakes the
tarts, no sorry he is already married.
Customers from the Rosseau and Gravenhurst Farmers markets
will be familiar with Connor and his dedication.
We use only pure ingredients, no fillers or preservatives.
Our customers have raved that our pastry is the flakiest
they have ever tasted!
You can find us from May to October at the various Muskoka
Markets and at select shows through the rest of the year.
We offer special orders and will begin shipping through
courier for the 2007 Christmas season.
